Potato Salad




prep time 5 mins
cooking time 20 mins

Ingredients:-

New Potatoes
Half an Onion, chopped
Hellmann’s Extra Light Mayo
Very Low Fat Yoghurt

Method:-

Boil the Potatoes until soft; mix with the onion and half & half mayo and yoghurt.

Hellmann’s Extra Light is 1 1/2 syns per 2 tbsp
