Ingredients:-
1 tub very low fat
garlic and herb cottage cheese
3 eggs (beaten)
8 oz mushrooms,
chopped
1 large onion,
chopped
Method:-
Put the vegetables on a microwave-able dish and cook on high for 5
minutes. When cooked drain off all liquid and pour into a flan dish that has
been sprayed with fry-light. In a large bowl mix together the cottage cheese
and the eggs. Pour over the cooked vegetables and bake in a hot oven for approx
45 minutes until golden brown and firm to touch.
