Slimming World Cornish Pasty



4 wholemal pitta breads used as ahealthy extra (asda, Co-op)
200gr tin of princes LEAN corned Beef (4 syns)
200gr carrots
... 200gr swede
large onion
Beef stock
1 beaten egg

Method
Dice the veg and boil and simmer until soft.
Drain and mix in cubed corned beef (can mash if you want to)

Season to taste
Split open the pittas and stuff with mixture
Close them back up again and brush with beaten egg
Bake in a warm oven for 20 mins or till golden brown.

Makes 4 1 syn each if using Pitta as a healthy B choice, Add 6 syns if not
