day 5/40 Day Lunch Idea's - Spicy Hummus

Serves 6, 
1 Sin per serving
 Tin of chickpeas, clove of garlic, juice of half a lemon, ½ tsp hot chilli powder, ¼ tsp ground cumin, tbsp extra virgin olive oil (6 Sins, or a healthy Extra choice for 1). Stick all the above in a blender and whizz until the desired consistency. I like to leave a few chunky chickpeas. Well worth 1 Sin for a really nice veggie sandwich. Lovely with grated carrot and loads of salad.
