Teriyaki chicken and veg stir fry



 Serve 4.
 Ready in 15 mins.
Place 3 x 150g skinless and boneless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips, in a glass bowl with 1 tbsp dark soy sauce and toss to coat well.
Spray a large non-stick wok or frying pan with low calorie cooking spray and place over a high heat. Add the chicken mixture and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add 2 carrots, peeled and cut into matchsticks, 1 red pepper, deseeded and cut into thin strips, 100gmangetout, halved lengthways, and stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
Pour in 100ml teriyaki sauce and stir fry for 2-3 minutes or until piping hot before serving
2 syns for teriyaki!
