Potatoes
Ingredients / Method:-
Bake 4 potatoes in the oven until cooked
Cut in half and scoop potato into a bowl.
Add a carton very low fat cottage cheese, 1 tspn English mustard powder and 2 tspns chives.
Mix all together and spoon back into potato cases
Put in an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with small amount of grated cheese and grill until bubbling.
Serve with baked beans and scrambled egg

Mircowave a jacket sized potato for half the recommended time (approx 3 mins)
Cut the potato into wedge shapes
Cook the wedges in the same way as the chips (with Fry Light) Place in the oven on 180˚ for 20 -25 mins.

Chips
Ingredients:- / Method:-
Peel
the potatoes and chop into chips.
Boil the chips for 8-10 minutes.
Strain the chips and blot dry with kitchen roll.
Place on an oven tray already sprayed with Fry Light and spray the chips also.
Oven cook on 180˚ for approx 25 mins (you may want to 'shake' the chips during this time.
