Chinese Omelette Roll




1 Syn on Both Days

Ingredients:-

4 Eggs Beaten
4 tbsp Chopped Parsley
Salt & Pepper
Fry light
1 Carrot - grated
1 Courgette - grated
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup (1 syn)

Method:-

Beat eggs & add parsley

Fry light and heat pan, pour in eggs and leave to set.

Put on plate

Mix grated Carrot, Courgette, Soy Sauce and Tomato Ketchup together and spoon into middle of omelette.

Roll up omelette and cut in half, eat immediately
