Bacon and Cheese Soufflé Potatoes




Serves 4

1 B choice per potato on Green

Bake 4 potatoes.

Scoop out the insides of the potatoes, keeping the skins.

Mash the potato with 3 egg yolk, 85g cooked, chopped bacon and 85g of cheddar cheese.

Whisk the 3 egg whites until stiff.

Fold into the potato.

Spoon back into the skins.

Bake at 200C for 15 minutes, until the top is beginning to turn golden
