Ingredients:-
Fry light
Fry light
4oz cabbage, cooked and
shredded
45g reduced-fat cheddar
cheese (healthy extra)
Salt and pepper
Method:-
Mix the mashed potatoes, cabbage and seasoning
Mix the mashed potatoes, cabbage and seasoning
Mould into patties
Heat the fry light and add the patties to the pan
Cook until the patties are browned and crispy on each side
Top the upper side with the cheese, and continue cooking until the
cheese is just melting
Serve with baked beans
