1 medium sized potato
1/2 an onion
1 veg stock cube
42g light cheese
Beaten egg
Chop up a medium sized potato and
half an onion then boil in water with a veg stock cube added to it for 10 mins,
drain then mash. Add 42g of light cheese then fill an Asda or co op pitta bread
with the mixture. Brush with beaten egg then bake in oven for 10 mins at 180,
turn over, brush other side with egg then bake for another 10mins. Then enjoy!
