Cheats carbonara




one large onion cut chunky
three rashers of bacon all vis fat removed ( i use middle smoked)
two good handfuls of cooked chicken ( yesterdays roast leftovers)
four large garlic cloves crushed (i like loads)
half a tub of quark
and enough skimmed milk to make the texture right

you will know this when you see it
i also add pepper

so .. onions/bacon in together then chicken then garlic stir in the quark then add milk to right texture .....shove it in a bowl with a load of linguine (the one in the blue packet) mix and serve!


I also use it to make cheesy eggs..
I am sure that you can work out how to do that ;0)
